Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived.
For mahjong tile sets, the shrink wrap must remain fully sealed. Once opened, the set is no longer eligible for return.
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Return shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser, and a small restocking fee (up to $15, depending on the item) may apply.
To begin a return, email us at admin@mahjhouserules.com. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping your item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different item? We’re happy to assist with exchanges as long as the product meets the same eligibility requirements (original packaging, unused, sealed if applicable).
A return shipping/restocking fee may apply, and your replacement will ship once the original item has been received.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@mahjhouserules.com with photos and details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or discounted merchandise
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us for assistance.
