At Mahj House Rules, we ship your game-night essentials as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. During launches or restocks, please allow a little extra time while we pack everything up pretty.

Shipping Rates

We use a simple, weight-based system to keep things fair and predictable:

  • $8 — Light items (like mats)

  • $12 — Standard items (tile sets + racks)

  • $18 — Heavy or multi-item orders

  • FREE shipping on orders $300+

International Shipping Policy

International orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at    admin@mahjhouselrules.com and we’ll make it right.
